Telus-owned Public Mobile has released its Boxing Week deals, and they are the same as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
So what’s back for Boxing Week? Public Mobile has re-added long distance minutes to plans. Yes, that’s right…international long distance is supposed to be a huge selling point (talk about underwhelming).
Check out Public Mobile’s Boxing Week plans below for both 4G and 5G. We have highlighted the additions in bold.

Note that the $45 and $55 plans used to have 2,000 long distance minutes before they were cut.

We recently told you the $29/10GB 5G plan returned, and it looks to be just in time for Boxing Week. If you missed out on some of these plans during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, this might be the time. We could also see better plans debut on actual Boxing Day (December 26; we’ll be lining up at Future Shop for doorcrashers).

If you are playing the $19/month, might as well get the Telus yearly plan.

I think what @gino188:disqus is trying to say is the Telus 1 year plan is in their opinion is better than the two plans mentioned. For your info, if you get the 1 year plan with Telus it's $99 for a full year and get unlimited calling texting across Canada plus 2GB of data per month. That works out to $8.25 a month. Value wise, that's actually very solid so they have a point. In @gino188:disqus theory, and I hope I'm correct Gino, you're basically paying $14.75 for 4GB of data. So if that is the in theory Gino is speaking of, I tend to agree.
Bring on the Caribbean roaming plan.
Buyer beware, no refunds no cancellations, no buyors remours… Take it from my mistake. I applied for a plan, they set up wrong plan, to switch to the correct plan will cost me Double.. Worst off there isn't anyone to speak too. All virtual.. Totally bs. What happened to buyors remours
Personally, Mexico isn't a big deal to me. The $34 50GB 5G Canada/US that Telus is offering at Walmart plus get a $100 Walmart Gift Card…. that is a sweet deal IMO. Public Mobile is still dealing with constant dropped calls for customers that's been going on for well over a year now.
