New Opera Air Browser Helps You Relax While Surfing the Web
Opera Air is an innovative new web browser from the Norwegian-based company designed to enhance users’ mental well-being during online activities.

Opera says its latest browsers integrates mindfulness features directly into the browsing experience, aiming to help users manage stress, improve focus, and maintain emotional clarity.
Opera Air introduces the following key features to promote mental wellness:
- Take a Break: This feature offers guided sessions that include breathing exercises, meditation, and full-body scans. Users can select sessions ranging from 3 to 15 minutes and set reminders to incorporate these mindful breaks into their routine.
- Boosts: This feature aims to influence brainwave activity. Depending on the selected Boost, users can achieve states of relaxation, focus, or meditation. Options include Creativity Boost, Energized Focus, Deep Relaxation, and even a setting to aid in dream recall.
Embracing a minimalist Scandinavian aesthetic, the browser features a frosted glass user interface that reduces visual clutter and creates a calming environment. This design choice aligns with the browser’s goal of promoting mental clarity and reducing distractions.
Beyond its mindfulness tools, Opera Air maintains essential browser features such as a built-in ad blocker, free VPN, and the ChatGPT-powered Aria AI assistant. These tools ensure a secure and efficient browsing experience
Opera Air is now available as a free download on both Mac and Windows platforms. Check out the video below to learn more.
