Apple: You Can Now Download 18.3.1 for iPhone and iPad

Apple has just dropped 18.3.1 for iPhone and iPad users, making the latest versions of iOS and iPadOS now available for download. This comes after iOS 18.3 was released on January 27.

Also available today is iPadOS 17.7.5 for iPad Pro 2 (12.9-inch and 10.5-inch) and iPad 6, which is always nice to see updates for older devices. Apple released the iPad Pro (2nd-gen) on June 13, 2017, and the iPad (6th-gen) on March 27, 2018.

You can update your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings > General > Software Update. Apple says this update provides “important bug fixes and security updates.”

Also out now too:

  • visionOS 2.3.1
  • watchOS 11.3.1

Direct downloads for iOS and iPadOS 17.7.5 and iOS 18.3.1 and iPadOS 18.3.1 are below:

Remember when Apple used to make fun of Microsoft's monthly 'Patch Tuesdays'?
They don't do that anymore.
Besides, it's not a patch – it's an 'Update'.
