Apple’s newest iPhone 16e, the so-called entry and ‘affordable’ model (well, it doesn’t seem that way in Canada) offers access to Apple Intelligence without forking out for an iPhone 16 or iPhone 16 Pro.

We know Apple has been busying upgrading all of their devices to support Apple Intelligence, which so far has been called underwhelming by some customers (when is the major Siri upgrade coming?).

How much RAM is in the iPhone 16e? MacRumors can now confirm the number based on data found within Apple’s Xcode developer tool and contributor Aaron Perris. The iPhone 16e has 8GB of RAM, just like the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro.

The iPhone 16e starts at $899 in Canada and will kick off sales this Friday at 5am PT/8am ET. Who’s buying one?
