You can now download iOS 18.4 for iPhone and iPadOS 18.4 for iPad, along with a tonne of other software updates for Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, HomePod and Vision Pro.
Apple says, “This update introduces 8 new emojis, a new Sketch Style option in Image Playground, recipes in Apple News+, and enhancements to better organize and filter your library in Photos. This release includes other features, bug fixes, and security updates for your iPhone.”

visionOS 2.4 (22O238)
You can update your iPhone or iPad by going to Settings > General > Software Update. This is coming in at 3.4GB for the iPhone.
