Freedom Mobile is offering a new phone and data bundle that includes the iPhone 16 and global roaming features for $75/month, after TradeUp and MyTab.
The $75/month comes with 100GB of 5G+ data that works across Canada, plus roaming in the U.S., and Mexico. It also includes 25GB of data roaming in over 100 countries.
In addition to unlimited talk and text, the monthly price also covers a tablet data plan and a smartwatch plan—at no extra cost.
To get the offer, customers need to commit to a two-year term and trade in an eligible device under Freedom’s TradeUp program. The deal requires a $59/month plan (after a $4 digital billing discount) and a one-time $45 connection fee. The MyTab is $16/month, which works out to $75 after including the $59/month plan. Still, that’s $384 after two years for an iPhone 16, which still costs $1,129 as of today (well, iPhone 17 is coming in three months).
The iPhone 16 included in the deal is the 128GB base model. This offer is available for a limited time, with no expiry date listed yet on the deal.
