The Fantastic Four: First Steps Blue Carpet Premiere to Stream on Disney+

Disney+ will be streaming the blue carpet premiere for The Fantastic Four: First Steps on July 21. Taking place in Los Angeles, those who sadly can’t make the premiere can join in on the festivities from the comfort of their home on Disney’s streaming service days ahead of the film’s theatrical debut.
As first reported by Collider, the live stream blue carpet premiere will be taking place this coming Monday at 10 PM ET/7 PM PT. Throughout the live stream, viewers can catch behind-the-scenes interviews from the cast as they arrive at the world premiere. It’s also said that a VOD version of the event will be made available to stream after it concludes.
In addition to the blue carpet live stream, Disney will reportedly be airing an exclusive sneak peek at the film before it arrives in theatres on Friday, July 25th. So, by tuning in on July 21st, audiences will get a new look at the upcoming entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as the first family of the MCU. Respectively playing Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm, the quartet make up the Fantastic Four team, set in a retro-futurist universe. As the dawning threat of Galactus and his herald, the Silver Surfer, arrive, the team must do what they can to protect Earth from being devoured. The cast also includes Julia Garner, Ralph Ineson, Paul Walter Hauser and Natasha Lyonne.
The film is directed by Matt Shakman, who also worked on WandaVision. Shakman’s filmography also includes credits on Succession, The Boys, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
It’s expected that all members of the cast will be in attendance. Shakman will also be seen at the event. Marvel head Kevin Feige and executive producers Louis D’Esposito, Grant Curtis, and Tim Lewis will likely be in attendance, as well as composer Michael Giacchino.
