Public Mobile Launches Support Videos to Help Customers

Public Mobile has released a series of support videos aimed at helping customers handle common tasks like activating their subscription, managing their account, and fixing basic issues.

The videos are short, step-by-step guides designed to walk users through some of the most frequently asked questions. They’re available on the Public Mobile website, embedded in help articles, and also on the company’s YouTube channel in a dedicated playlist.

The carrier says more videos will be added over time as it expands its support resources.

Public Mobile has also recently introduced app notifications to keep users informed about important updates. Once enabled, these notifications will alert customers to new features, account changes, and special offers.

The rollout is gradual, so only a few alerts may appear at first, but more are on the way. To turn them on, head to your phone’s Settings, find Notifications, tap Public Mobile, and enable “Allow Notifications.” The company says notifications will only be sent when relevant, aiming to keep users in the loop without spamming their phones.
