Apple Expands in India with New Store in Koregaon Park

Apple has unveiled its newest retail store in India opening its doors in Pune this Thursday, September 4, at 1 p.m. local time, marking the company’s 4th retail outlet in the country.

Situated in the heart of Koregaon Park within the KOPA Mall, the new store offers residents a full Apple experience. Customers will be able to explore every product Apple offers, from the latest iPhone 16 lineup, iPad Air paired with Apple Pencil Pro, to the sleek M4 powered MacBook Air.

A team of 68 staff members representing 11 different Indian states will welcome shoppers. The Apple team stands ready to help with personalized device setup guide users transitioning to iOS and offer services such as Apple Trade In and financing options.

Inside the store, Apple has designed welcoming spaces where visitors can engage with services like Apple Music and Apple TV+. For those placing orders online, there is a dedicated pickup area that allows customers to collect purchases at their convenience. A specialized Business Team will als support local enterprises offering tailored advice and tools to help businesses flourish.

The store will also feature the popular Today at Apple sessions. These free daily events invite both students and creative community members to learn ideas like improving iPhone photography, mastering the iPad for capturing thoughts, exploring Apple Intelligence tools, or beginning on a Mac.

All sessions will be led by Apple Creatives and open for booking starting from opening day.

To celebrate this launch, Apple has prepared a special playlist and a peacock inspired wallpaper reflecting Pune’s heritage. The wallpaper together with a playlist of local musicians is available for download as part of this opening week.

The timing of the launch comes just after the opening of Apple Hebbal in Bengaluru, and ahead of Apple’s fall iPhone 17 event.
