How to Share Your Apple Vision Pro with Guests [VIDEO]

Apple has shared a new tutorial video detailing how you can turn on the Guest User mode when someone else wants to experience your Apple Vision Pro, and how you can decide which apps your guest can use.

When Guest User ends, Apple Vision Pro automatically returns to your hand and eye setup. Starting in visionOS 26, your guest can save their setup on their own iPhone or iPad to log in faster any time they use the Vision Pro.

If you have visionOS 2.4 or later, you can start a Guest User session by having your guest put on your Apple Vision Pro and then approving the session on your iPhone or iPad. You can also start a Guest User session while you’re wearing the device, and then hand it over to your guest.

To allow a Guest User session from your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:

1. Have your guest put on your Apple Vision Pro. A prompt appears that says Press Digital Crown for Guest User.
2. Ask your guest to press the Digital Crown. Your iPhone or iPad asks if you want to allow the Guest User session.
3. Tap Continue on your iPhone or iPad.
4. Tap Start with All Apps to begin, or tap Select Apps to choose the apps your guest can use. The Guest User session begins after you select apps and tap Start.
