Fizz Looks to Launch 5G Wireless Plans Soon

Videotron’s prepaid brand, Fizz, looks to be launching 5G wireless plans soon.
The Fizz website, when loading, shows a tab for “5G Network” next to the existing “4G LTE Network”. The 5G Network tab shows, then disappears. You also see a “5G” icon next to the 4G plans as well.
It will be interesting how much more 5G plans will be, similar to what we’re seeing over at Telus-owned Public Mobile.
Fizz might be planning a 5G launch for Black Friday, as something is clearly coming soon. Check out our screenshot below:
Here are current 4G plans from Fizz for nationwide data:
- $35/15GB
- $39/70GB
- $45/100GB
