Koodo’s Black Friday Surprise: Its First Ever Canada-US-Mexico Plan Is Here

Telus-owned Koodo has launched its first ever Canada-US-Mexico plan, and it makes its debut on actual Black Friday.

The $40 plan has been updated to now have 60GB of data (was 50GB) and also Canada-US-Mexico roaming for talk, text and data. That price is after autopay of course. We’ve only seen Telus’ prepaid brand Public Mobile offer Canada-US-Mexico plans before.

Here are Koodo’s Black Friday plans as of today, actual Black Friday:

  • $40/60GB Canada-US-Mexico
  • $40/50GB
  • $45/70GB
  • $75/100GB
  • $20 talk/text

As of writing, Fido and Virgin Plus have not responded to Koodo’s new offer yet, so stay tuned. Click here to see our Black Friday coverage.

Any bets on when the plan will be increased to $45?

I mean the last time a good plan was released by Koodo for Black Friday they increased it in March.

Even at $45 I think I think it's a very decent plan. And in the meantime we can enjoy it at $40. Signing up to get the extra $10 credit via autopay is a pain though.
