Amazon Canada has announced an expansion to Same-Day Delivery in Toronto. The company is adding two new options to choose from when ordering products and devices from the online retailer.
Moving forward, Prime members in Toronto can choose from four Same-Day Delivery options. This includes the new extended daytime delivery option, which provides a window of between 10 AM to 3 PM. All orders must be made by midnight of the night before. Additionally, Prime subscribers are able to choose from the newly added afternoon delivery option between 2 PM and 6 PM. In this case, orders must be placed by 10:30 AM that same day.
These new options join the fray alongside the existing overnight delivery option, which secures the delivery of a package between 4 AM and 8 AM as long as it’s ordered by midnight. Evening delivery continues to be supported as well, providing shipment fulfillment between 5 PM and 10 PM.
These options are all available to Toronto Prime members ordering daily essentials, electronics, toys, beauty products, pet needs, and any order exceeding $25 on Prime, with no extra fees. All new same day delivery options are available in Toronto, starting December 3rd.
Amazon is also introducing a new dedicated Same-Day storefront. This page is available to all Same-Day markets, including Toronto, and simplifies eligible items that can be purchased for Same-Day Delivery.
