Apple Reveals 2025 App Store Awards Winners, Including ‘iPhone App of the Year’

Apple has announced the winners of the 2025 App Store Awards. This year, 17 apps and games have been selected as winners across various categories, including ‘iPhone App of the Year’ and ‘iPhone Game of the Year’.
As per tradition, the Apple App Store recognizes standout pieces of software that “delivered remarkable experiences that empowered users to achieve more, bring their ideas to life, and immerse themselves in stunning worlds.” 45 finalists were involved, with winners in each respective category hand-selected by App Store editors.
This year, Tiimo was selected as the iPhone App of the Year for being an “impressive visual planner.” At the same time, Pokémon TCG Pocket won iPhone Game of the Year for its iPhone-friendly design and “amazing artwork.” Apple has also chosen several apps for its Cultural Impact category. These apps and games were recognized for “their positive impact, providing users with helpful tools, promoting understanding, and shaping a more inclusive world.”
