Apple Music is launching its “Road to Halftime” campaign today as global superstar Bad Bunny prepares to headline the Super Bowl LX halftime show on Sunday, February 8. The performance will take place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

To get fans ready, Apple Music has released a massive collection of content, including a career-spanning 2026 Megamix by producer Tainy and several mood-based playlists like “Trap Bunny” and “Dance Bunny.” Subscribers can also access “The DNA of DtMF,” a playlist of Puerto Rican sounds handpicked by Bad Bunny himself. Official interview and press conference

On Thursday, February 5, at 10 a.m. PT, Zane Lowe and Ebro Darden will host the official halftime show press conference at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Fans can watch the interview live on Apple Music or via social platforms like TikTok and X.

Apple Music Radio will also begin four days of live programming from its Los Angeles studio starting February 5. The broadcast will feature interviews with athletes and collaborators, alongside live performances celebrating Puerto Rican culture.

New features for iPhone and Apple Watch

Apple is rolling out several tech integrations to coincide with the game. Users who Shazam Bad Bunny’s tracks this week can unlock an exclusive Apple Watch face and iPhone wallpaper.

The company is also highlighting new software tools:

  • Apple Invites: A new feature that lets users create game day invitations with collaborative playlists and shared photo albums (umm, who’s actually using the Apple Invites app? Let us know).

  • Apple Sports: The free app will provide real-time scores, betting odds, and a “dynamic drive tracker” to visualize the ball’s position on the field.
  • Apple Maps: Visitors to the Bay Area can access 3D landmarks and a “Let’s Eat Guide” curated by local food editors to find the best spots in San Francisco and San Jose.

In-store events and deals

For those in major cities, Apple Store locations in New York and San Francisco will host special sessions with Bad Bunny collaborators Eladio Carrión and Arcángel.

Last but not least, Apple is offering a limited-time deal where new subscribers can get three months of Apple Music for free to listen to the halftime show collection and use the “Sing” feature, which now includes line-by-line translations for Bad Bunny’s lyrics.

Apple has sponsored the Super Bowl Halftime show since 2023, part of a five-year contract, taking over the event from Pepsi. In 2023, we saw Rihanna perform, Usher next in 2024 and Kendrick Lamar last year.
