Apple Music Sees Spike in Bad Bunny Streams Following Super Bowl LX Halftime Show

Bad Bunny was the talk of the internet during Super Bowl LX. Apple Music is now reporting a massive spike in Bad Bunny listeners following the performance.
According to Apple Music, the number of simultaneous Bad Bunny listeners spiked immediately after halftime. According to real-time data provided, listeners of Bad Bunny increased by 7x following the show. Currently, the artist’s most-streamed songs on Apple Music are:
- DtMF
- Baile Inolvidable
- Tití Me Preguntó
Baile Inolvidable streams increased by 54 percent in the US and 36 percent globally. Listeners took a peek at the song’s lyrics, jumping metrics by 119 percent in the US and 79 percent globally. Throughout the US and global markets, the top listener cities are Mexico City, New York City, Los Angeles, Lima (Peru), Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Miami, Santiago (Chile), and Ecatepec de Morelos (Mexico).
It wasn’t just fans and new listeners in the US that began streaming Bad Bunny. Apple Music notes that Canada is amongst the countries that streamed the artist the most alongside Mexico, Colombia and Peru.
Super Bowl LX was held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The Puerto Rican artist dazzled audiences with his live performance, bringing fellow artists Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin into the fold for attendees and those watching from home.
