Telus flanker brand Koodo has brought back some wireless deals for prepaid customers, with offers starting at $25 per month with 25GB of data. These plans include unlimited Canada-wide calling and unlimited international SMS/MMS.
Here are the plans right now after automatic top-up:
Koodo says the code 8BONUS24 gives you an 8GB bonus when you activate on any 30-day 4G plan $29/mo or more using the promo code. The data bonus is only good for 24 months and expires at the end of each 30 day period.
With prepaid once you run out of data you’ll have to add more. But it’s pretty hard to blow through 25GB of data if you’re working from home or a casual user. A $25/25GB plan for your kid might be worth it since it’s a reasonable price. Let us know if you decide to jump on these Koodo prepaid deals.

No sign of these plans in Newfoundland. Lowest Koodo option showing for a new customer with BYOP is $35 for 10 GB including the $10 auto-pay discount.
