Apple Reshares Recruitment Video that Tells Job Seekers: “Join us. Be you.”

Apple has reshared a recruitment video asking prospective applicants to “Join us. Be you.”
The video points to the company’s careers website, which details the company’s job culture and why people should work there.
Apple’s career site encourages prospective employees to bring their unique perspectives to the company, framing the work as more than just manufacturing. Engineering Manager Ehsan highlights this focus, stating that the team is “creating something magical for the person who uses it.”
Beyond technical roles, the platform highlights Apple’s commitment to core values like accessibility, privacy, and environmental sustainability. It specifically mentions the Racial Equity and Justice Initiative and provides tailored resources for students and retail applicants.
As Apple Store team member Sujin notes, the environment is designed so that employees can “unapologetically be yourself and grow and thrive.”
The video originally was shared in April 2021, created by Elastic which designed and animated dozens of the Apple logo as part of the campaign. The creative director was Andy Hall. The renderings of the Apple logo are pretty cool.
