Rogers pushed out an update to its MyRogers iOS app last week, adding a series of improvements meant to simplify how customers manage their mobile and home services.

The biggest security upgrade is the addition of support for passkeys. This allows users to sign in using biometrics like Face ID, moving away from traditional passwords. If you need to verify your account, the app will now prompt you for a six-digit code sent via text or email.

Beyond security, the company has redesigned the app’s home screen. The goal is to provide a more personalized dashboard where users can check their bills, track data usage, and access quick actions like tracking orders or managing add-ons.

A new dedicated Shop tab has also been added to the interface. This section lets customers purchase add-ons and Travel Passes for the US, international destinations, and cruise ships. Also, Rogers says US Travel Passes now feature satellite-to-mobile roaming (powered by Starlink), and the app also offers a new Rogers Satellite option for staying connected in remote areas within Canada where cell towers are unavailable.

Finally, the My Offers tab has been expanded. Rogers says it is now highlighting exclusive mobile plan and device upgrade offers, along with new bundles for Rogers Xfinity Internet and TV.
