With prepaid carriers currently offering a $25/25GB plan, Freedom Mobile has now stepped up with an even better deal to undercut Big 3 brands.
Freedom has a $20/25GB Canada-US plan for prepaid customers, available when you prepay for 6 months ($120). You get up to 150GB of data to use over the six months. If you’re a light user, that should be more than enough data for you to consume in a month, plus you get US roaming for talk, text and data.
We told you Lucky Mobile and its $25/25GB plan is set to expire on June 26th. Other prepaid carriers like Chatr and Public Mobile also have a similar plan too.
Benefits of prepaid? You won’t see sudden price increases, like what some Rogers and Fido customers have experienced in the past three months.
Freedom Mobile’s $20/25GB plan undercuts them if you’re willing to lay down six months in advance payment. The offer expires on June 26, 2026.
