Rogers, Fido iPhone 18 Pro Pre-Orders Start September 12

iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max

Wondering when you can pre-order the iPhone 18 Pro or iPhone 18 Pro Max from Rogers or Fido? Rogers has confirmed it will carry Apple’s latest hardware lineup, including the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4.

Rogers will also sell the new iPhone Duo.

iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max pre-orders through Rogers open Saturday, September 12, with both phones becoming available Friday, September 18.

Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 pre-orders are already live through Rogers, with availability also beginning September 18.

The iPhone Duo follows later. Pre-orders open Friday, October 16, with availability beginning Friday, October 23.

Fido is also preparing for the new lineup. Its phones catalog already shows Coming Soon cards for the iPhone 18 Pro with a September 12 pre-order date, while an iPhone Duo listing points to October 16.

That lines up with the approach Rogers and Fido took during last year’s iPhone 17 launch, although the iPhone Duo gets its own later October release window this time.

Apple itself will open iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max pre-orders in Canada at 5 a.m. PT / 8 a.m. ET on September 12. Rogers and Fido haven’t posted a separate carrier start time, but they typically begin taking orders around the same morning.

iPhone Duo pre-orders start October 16, so there’s a bit of wait.

The iPhone Duo is eSIM-only, while eSIM-only versions of the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max use the space previously occupied by the physical SIM tray for additional battery capacity.

Apple is also offering 0% financing on the iPhone Duo and iPhone 18 Pro lineup in Canada.

If you’re planning to order directly from Apple, our iPhone pre-order guide covers the usual steps to get your Apple Store bag ready before orders open.

For anyone comparing wireless plans ahead of launch, our September Rogers, Telus, Bell and Freedom Mobile plan roundup focuses mainly on BYOD pricing.

Buying an iPhone 18 through Rogers or Fido will likely mean financing the device or using a return-option program such as Rogers Upfront Edge, unless you pay the full carrier price outright. Carrier outright pricing has also traditionally been slightly higher than buying directly from Apple.
