Apple has seeded new third betas of its latest software, including iOS 27.2 and more on Monday. Here’s what’s available to download for developers right now:
Xcode 27.1 RC is also available today, so developers get the release-candidate tools build alongside the new OS betas.
Equivalent public beta builds should follow later today or tomorrow, which is the usual rhythm after the developer builds hit first, and if you already have the public profile on, the update just shows up in Software Update once Apple flips it. You can grab the developer build on iPhone by going to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and choosing iOS 27 Developer Beta, then heading back to Software Update to download.
This is the third beta of iOS 27.2, arriving two weeks after the beta 2 seeds and just one week after the iOS 27.0.1 point-release wave landed for everyone. With the first beta already carrying the headline changes, this third round looks like the polish phase, with bug fixes and refinements taking priority over new features.
