Apple is giving new iPhone, iPad and Mac buyers in Canada three free months of Apple One, bundling its subscription services at no cost to sweeten a new device purchase.
The offer, “Get Apple One on us for 3 months,” applies to new devices bought from Apple or an Apple authorized reseller that can run the latest iOS, iPadOS or macOS. Only subscriptions the customer does not already have are free during the trial.
This is the first time Apple has offered a three-month trial of the Apple One bundle, which has carried a one-month trial since its 2020 launch. The extended offer began September 17, alongside the launch of the iPhone 18 Pro.
It is limited to new and qualified returning subscribers. Current Apple One subscribers are excluded, including anyone on the one-month free trial, as is anyone who has previously accepted a three-month Apple One offer. The offer is limited to one per Apple Account and one per Family Sharing group.
Buyers have three months after setting up their new device to activate the trial. To redeem it, sign in with an Apple Account on the new device, update to the latest operating system, then look in Settings for “Services included with your purchase.”
After the trial ends, the plan automatically renews at regular Canadian pricing: Individual $22.95 CAD per month, Family $30.95 CAD per month and Premier $46.95 CAD per month. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Apple One comes in three tiers. Individual ($22.95 CAD per month) includes Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade and 50GB of iCloud+ storage. Family ($30.95) bumps iCloud+ to 200GB and can be shared with up to five other family members. Premier ($46.95) includes 2TB of iCloud+ and adds Apple Fitness+ and Apple News+.
Apple One launched in Canada in 2020, and prices have climbed three times since. In the October 2022 increase, the Individual plan went from $15.95 to $18.95 CAD per month, Family from $20.95 to $24.95 and Premier from $33.95 to $37.95.
Prices rose again in October 2023: Individual to $22.95, Family to $28.95 and Premier to $44.95 CAD per month.
The most recent hike came with the July 2026 price increase, when Family moved to $30.95 and Premier to $46.95 CAD per month while Individual held at $22.95. Apple blamed rising licensing costs.
For anyone picking up a new iPhone, iPad or Mac, the three-month trial is a way to test Apple One before paying the current monthly rates.
