There have been previous reports stating that the iPhone 13 would feature a 120Hz refresh rate. EverythingApplePro’s video continues to state that the iPhone 13 will use LTPO technology to enable an always-on display. As Weinbach explains, the display will have “minimal customization” and will look like a “toned down lock screen”. Weinbach goes on to state that “Clock and battery charge is always visible. Weinbach continues, “Notifications seem to be displayed using a bar and icons. Upon receiving, the notification will pop up normally except that the screen will not entirely light up. Instead, it will display just like you’re used to right now, except dimmed down and only temporally.

Camera improvements will also be made on the iPhone 13, according to Weinbach. It’s been stated that the device will feature an improved ultra-wide lens. Additionally, support for portrait video will also be included this year. This widely requested feature will enable users to “record a portrait video and change the depth of field in post.” There is also said to be an astrophotography mode on the camera to assist in capturing photographs of the sky and stars at night.

The video also highlights the claim that the iPhone 13 will feature a stronger MagSafe magnet. Some users have looked at the current MagSafe magnets featured on the iPhone 12 as being weaker than expected. As per the report, Apple will be including stronger magnets on this year’s iteration.

Small design improvements will also be made. The matte black finish will reportedly be making its return this year. Although the overall design won’t be tweaked all that much, EverythingApplePro does claim that the phone will have textures to make it easier to hold.

Finally, Weinbach provides a few other tidbits of information regarding upcoming Apple products. His report claims that Apple’s AirTags will be releasing in either March or April. The video also states that Apple Watch Series 7 will not feature glucose monitoring as it will not be ready for this year’s entry.
