Pebble Update for iOS 7 Notifications Now Available
Just five days after the announcement of a forthcoming significant update which will enable iOS 7 notifications, the Pebble app update has been approved by Apple: Pebble Smartwatch app version 1.3.0 and smart watch firmware v1.13.0 brings this feature to life.

As the smartwatch manufacturer said a few days back, the iOS app now supports Apple’s iOS 7 notification centre service (ANCS) for users who own an iPhone 4s, iPad 3, iPod Touch 5, or anything greater. With this update, Pebble users won’t be limited to calls and text messages: The smartwatch will be able to display notifications from apps like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and more.

Pebble also launched its 2.0 SDK, which adds APIs for Javascript, Accelerometer, Data Logging, and Persistent Storage.
The Pebble Smartwatch iOS app is available for download in the App Store for free.
