Bell has updated its MyBell iOS app with new features, including the ability to see near real-time data usage and more.
According to the update description, MyBell says customers can get data usage info that’s in what the company calls “real-time”, despite being updated every 15 minutes. Another option in the app now lets customers change their monthly rate plan, and choose to have it take place right away or on the next billing cycle. One more option added also allows customers to update their PIN used to identify themselves when calling into customer service.
These features arrived back on May 30, following up on the app’s redesign launched back in April.
