Rogers announced on Wednesday its Pro On-the-Go personalized mobile service has expanded in Ontario, now available in London and Barrie.

The one-to-one support and phone delivery service is available to customers “as soon as the same day”, and is complimentary. The Rogers Pro On-the-Go employee can help with device set up, transferring data from another phone, plus can also has accessories as well if needed, essentially offering the company’s retail experience but in mobile form.

“Rogers is committed to keeping Canadians connected to what matters most, and for residents of London, that’s even more possible now that a Rogers Pro can deliver their new wireless device and specialized service right to their door,” said Dave Fuller, President, Wireless, Rogers Communications, in an issued statement.

The Rogers service is powered by Enjoy, the mobile retail store company created by the former Apple retail chief, Ron Johnson. So far, Rogers is the only company working with Enjoy in Canada.

Rogers Pro On-the-Go now is available to over 14 million Canadians, says the company, available in Greater Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, the Greater Toronto Area, other parts of southwestern Ontario, and Ottawa, with further expansion coming this fall.
