Telus-owned prepaid brand, Public Mobile, has unveiled its new redesigned online community forums on Tuesday.
Public Mobile says the new design “will allow you to find information you need quickly and easily.” The design includes a “modern interface” to enable customers to easily ask questions to the Community and get quicker responses.
The new design is also geared to be mobile-friendly, making it easier to post questions from your smartphone.
Public Mobile is encouraging users to label questions when asking on their support board, as now one minimum label is required.
While Public Mobile has some retail kiosk locations, support for the service is completely online and self-managed.
Last Thursday, Public Mobile announced changes would be coming soon to the online community, which have been revealed today.
