Public Mobile SIM Card Activation Issues? Fix Coming, But No ETA Yet

Telus-owned Public Mobile acknowledged on Tuesday morning it is currently dealing with SIM card activation issues at the moment.

“We’re currently having some issues with activating new SIM cards,” explained Public Mobile in a forum announcement.

“Our team is looking into what’s causing the issue. We don’t have a timeline yet for a fix but will keep you posted,” said Public Mobile.

The company says if you can’t activate your Public Mobile SIM card right now, “please sit tight and try again a bit later,” as they will continue to post updates later on.

Public Mobile SIM cards are available to purchase for $5 on Amazon.ca.
