Amazon Music is offering up a promotion to offer up to six months of the Disney+ streaming service for free, when eligible customers sign up for Amazon Music Unlimited, the online retailer’s paid streaming music service.

New Amazon Music Unlimited subscribers can get 6 months of Disney+ for free, valued at $11.99 per month, or $71.94 CAD.

Former and current Amazon Music Unlimited subscribers can get 3 months of Disney+ for free, valued at $35.97 CAD.

Amazon says current Disney+ subscribers are not eligible for the offer. “Your Disney+ promotional subscription will remain active for the duration of the offer unless your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription is cancelled during the promotional period,” says the fine print.

The offer also states your Amazon Music Unlimited subscription and Disney+ subscription must be cancelled separately. Canceling one will not automatically cancel the other, says Amazon. The offer is good in Canada and the USA.

According to RFD, one user said after they signed up for Amazon Music Unlimited, they were automatically redirected to a Disney+ site, that had a 6 month trial code applied for new accounts. Once signed up, the free trial said it was valid until late December. The member then canceled Amazon Music Unlimited, and said the Disney+ trial period was still available.

So in a nutshell, pay one month of Amazon Music Unlimited and get 6 months free of Disney+.

It’s an interesting promo Amazon Music is offering, considering Disney+ is a rival streaming service to Prime Video. Let us know if you’re eligible for this offer in the comments below.
