Western retailer London Drugs is set to launch a sale on the Google Home smart speaker, powered by Google Assistant.
Currently, the Google Home sells for $129 directly from Google’s online store. But starting May 15, London Drugs will sell the smart speaker for $39.99, saving you $89.01 off, or 69% off.
As of writing, other retailers such as Best Buy are selling the Google Home for $129.99 still, offering potential price matching opportunities.
The deep discount on Google Home may be a way to draw people into the store, part of a long weekend sale at London Drugs. It could also signal a new Google Home speaker may be coming given this fire sale price.
