Staples has redesigned their website and part of the change means customers need to create a new account, as their old accounts no longer will apply to the new site.
“Staples Canada has a new digital home. As part of our transformation to the Working & Company, we are excited to announce the relaunch of our website. To access your existing account, you will need to reset your password. Please follow this link to reset your password,” reads an email to customers.
To compensate customers for the inconvenience of resetting their password, Staples says a 10% off coupon is available on your first purchase.
“As a thank you for resetting your password, we would like to offer you 10% off your first online purchase. Use the code 63484 during your checkout. This coupon expires on July 12, 2019.”
The coupon code is a universal code, so it applies to everyone. You can use this code on Apple products and more, so if you’re about to buy a Mac, iPad, Apple Watch and more, you’ll be able to save a few bucks.
