Apple Launches iPad Air Pre-Orders in Canada

Apple has announced you can start pre-ordering the iPad Air today, with delivery for October 23.

When the iPad Air was announced with its iPad Pro-like design, Apple just said it would be available to order in October. Leaker Jon Prosser said iPad Air would be available today and his prediction was correct.

iPad Air has a 10.9-inch display and starts at $779 in Canada and comes in five colours: Silver, Space Grey, Rose Gold, Green and Sky Blue.

Apple’s servers appear to be melting for some users. We ran into the “Error – an error occurred trying to fulfill your request. Please try again later.” Checking out via Apple Pay and regular checkout did not work either for a few minutes.
