iPhone ‘4S’ Production to Start in September for October Release?

Macotakara is reporting their sources have indicated the ‘iPhone 4S’ is set for September production, and to follow up with an October release, along with an iPad 3 as well. They did not hear any details about the iPhone 5. Google translation:
