You Can Now Jailbreak iOS 16.4.1 with Palera1n 2.0.0 Beta 6
Codenamed Bakepale, the latest v2.0.0 beta 6 update to jailbreak tool Palera1n has just been released, which fully supports iOS 16.4 - iOS 16.4.1 jailbreak.
Evasi0n iOS 6.1 Jailbreak Download Released
The @evad3rs jailbreak team has released their iOS 6.1 jailbreak tool evasi0n to the masses. The tool will allow you to jailbreak the following devices on iOS 6.0, iOS 6.0.1, iOS 6.0.2, and iOS 6.1:
- iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5
- iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Mini
- iPod touch 4G, iPod touch 5G
- Apple TV 2
Tips before jailbreaking:
- restore to iOS 6.1 via iTunes instead of over-the-air
- turn off your passcode lock
- backup your data to iCloud or iTunes

My iPad (3rd gen) was successful at being jailbroken on iOS 6.1 The only thing I noticed is that the time on the iPad went from 11:05am before running Evasion to 5:07pm after. Don’t know why it changed the clock 6 hours ahead but everything else works normal and great to have Cydia!
Successful on iPhone 4S running 6.1 but time changed from 12:07 to 5:07 too.
Mine is stuck at Patching kernel…
Same here just hold home + power the you will see Cydia !!
In their README.txt, they also recommended user to disable backup password. I’m glad that I actually go thru the readme file (which I don’t usually don’t). 🙂

A lot of the developers haven’t even tested for iphone 5 yet, so even if you could download, it might not work right….yet. give it time
Just too bad that the cydia developpers werent part of the beta testing….
Or if they were, its too bad they couldnt get some of the basic bugs out of the systeme before hand.
