Apple is rumoured to launch its third-generation AirPods at some point, possibly in March. Now, GizmoChina has published new ‘AirPods 3’ renders claiming to be the leaked design of these new wireless earphones.

“Ahead of the launch, we have got our hands on a new set of AirPods 3 renders from suppliers. The design showcased in the renders is likely the final version which will be released in the market for everyone to purchase,” claims GizmoChina.

The depicted AirPods 3 design sees a slightly wider charging case, resembling AirPods Pro. The earphones themselves also look like AirPods Pro, but without silicone tips. The stems of the earbuds are also shorter in design.

It doesn’t look like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) will be available, considering the lack of silicone tips for a tight seal in your ears, based on these renders.

Back in November, some parts of what claimed to be AirPods 3 also leaked online, and they resemble what we’re seeing here.

Last month, we also saw some AirPods 3 renders leak, which resembles the ones seen above. However, those renders claimed silicone tips would be available. Apple might be including silicone tips for a better fit, but make you pay more for AirPods Pro to get ANC? Doesn’t make sense to have ANC for entry AirPods at this point in time.
