Apple Canada 2020 Back to School AirPods Promo Extended to October 12

Apple Canada launched its 2020 Back to School promo offering free AirPods with Mac or iPad purchases back in June. The program was set to expire on September 29, but recently Apple extended the deadline to October 12, 2020.

The following Mac products are eligible:

• MacBook Air
• MacBook Pro 13-inch
• MacBook Pro 16-inch
• iMac
• iMac Pro

The following iPads are eligible for free AirPods, while accessories also get a discount:

• iPad Pro
• Apple Pencil (2nd gen)
• Smart Keyboard
• Smart Cover

It’s also possible to upgrade your free AirPods to AirPods Pro by paying an extra $110 CAD. You can upgrade to AirPods with Wireless Charging Case by paying $50 CAD.

Apple also says with the all-new iPad Air not available for purchase until next month, “iPad Air will no longer be an eligible product for receiving AirPods.”
