Apple Campus 2: July 2016 Update Filmed via Drone in 4K [VIDEO]

We’re about to head into July and another Apple Campus 2 update is upon us, again filmed by drone in 4K thanks to Matthew Roberts.

The latest update shows more progress on the new Apple campus, as the R&D facility exterior is now nearing completion. The video also shows an update of the 100,000 square foot fitness centre for employees, meanwhile construction cranes continue to move to different areas of the site.

The solar panels on top of the parkade—which will hold up to 11,000 vehicles—are about 95% complete, while  curved glass panels continue to be installed along the inner and outer rings of the building. Check out the rest of the aerial footage below:

Apple Campus 2 is expected to be completed by the end of 2016, at a total projected cost of $5 billion, designed by Norman Foster.
