Earlier this week, Apple launched a promotion for users in the United States and Japan, offering a 10% bonus when they added funds directly to their Apple ID. Canada was not part of this promotion at the time, but as of today, that’s no longer the case.

Apple Canada has announced it is also part of this 10% bonus offer promo, meaning if you fund your Apple ID directly, you can get some bonus cash.
How to add funds directly to your Apple ID from iPhone or iPad? Just go to:
- App Store > Click on Profile icon in top right corner > Click Add Funds to Apple ID
Apple says this promotion goes from December 21, 2018 to December 24, 2018, and is available in Canada, US, Japan, UK, Australia and Germany.
If you’re tired of waiting for 10% or 20% off iTunes cards, this little bonus is a no-brainer. With the extra freebie from Apple, this means you can save 10% off any digital purchase from the company.
