Disney+ to Stream ‘Frozen II’ in Canada on March 17 with Surprise Early Release

Disney+ is already streaming Frozen II in the United States

Disney+ announced Frozen II was now available for streaming in the United States on March 15, three months ahead of schedule, and perfect for those self-isolating due to COVID-19.

As for Canadians, they can start streaming Frozen II as of Tuesday, March 17, 2020. The release of Frozen II tomorrow for Canada will also see the movie available for the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand, in high definition and Ultra HD.

“‘Frozen 2’ has captivated audiences around the world through its powerful themes of perseverance and the importance of family, messages that are incredibly relevant during this time, and we are pleased to be able to share this heartwarming story early with our Disney+ subscribers to enjoy at home on any device,” said Bob Chapek, Chief Executive Officer, The Walt Disney Company, in an issued statement to iPhone in Canada.



Frozen II is the number one animated movie of all time, according to Disney. In January, Disney said the movie had grossed $1.32 billion USD, since its release in November.
