More High Quality Images of Champagne/Gold iPhone 5S Rear Shell Leak [PICS]

Sonny Dickson, who has recently been supplying the interwebs with numerous alleged images of Apple’s upcoming iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C, has posted what he claims to be the rear housing for the new iPhone in champagne/gold. Check out the images below:

This appears to be the same champagne/gold iPhone 5S shell that has been making its rounds across the web, as we previously saw two days ago. Recently, sources with close Apple ties have all but confirmed a champagne/gold iPhone 5S to debut on September 10.

How many people will fall into the minor upgrade and different color theme for the S version again? Me. Damn I hate myself.

Well if they integrate that fingerprint sensor…. that will be the main feature. And I would buy it only for that. 🙂

I will be moving from the 4S so it will be a bigger upgrade for me than those with the 5. Hoping to get 128gb in gold if it is available! I need the space! 😛

If all these leaks and rumors about the 5S and 5C turns out to be true, I’m gonna feel very disappointed at Apple…. Leaks are at an all time high, like, so high that everyone was able to get their hands on not just one, but various colors, AND both versions at the same time. They are also taking a step backwards with the 5C…. Just sad…. =

There are some answers to your concerns. On the leaks it beacause Apple likes to release their phone a couple weeks after the announcement and I order to do so they have to begin production months in advance. Workers in these plants know that people on the outside will pay money for leaked parts so they stop at nothing in order to sneak them out. The assembly is in China so who knows how tough the security is and how tough its enforced.

The 5C is targeted towards Europe and China as they have little to no subsidys like we do here. With a low cost phone they can appeal to a broader audience thus increasing their global market share. Technically the phone is a step back, but the concept is a step forward.

My concern is more towards the future of Apple. My point of view with the 5C is that, I think a lot of people doesn’t really see the long term impact and importance of this product. It changes the core value and strategy of the company going forward. Apple might not be the same again. Not that I’m a huge fan or follower of Apple, but I like to think about these things. Thanks for your reply anyways.
