The teardown experts over at iFixit have just started their signature teardown of Apple’s new Mac Pro, which is currently being broadcast live on YouTube.
The new Mac Pro is Apple’s first update to the machine since 2013, featuring workstation-class Xeon processors with up to 28 cores and a high-performance memory system.
A fully loaded 2019 Mac Pro features a 28-core Intel Xeon W processor, 1.5TB of RAM, 4TB of SSD storage, and four AMD Radeon Pro Vega II Duo GPUs.
In Canada, the Mac Pro starts at $7,499 CAD, but after all the maxed out hardware upgrades, it costs a whopping $63,598 CAD.
