Apple detailed a preview of iOS 14 today, teasing new features coming to the mobile operating system for iPhone.

iPhone SE (1st generation)
iPhone SE (2nd generation)
iPod touch (7th generation)

Essentially, nothing has changed compared to iOS 13, aside from the addition of the new iPhone SE (2nd gen) to the list. So if you iPhone or iPod touch can install iOS 13, you’re good to go for iOS 14 when it releases this fall.
