Apple on Monday updated its online store with new color choices for Apple Watch Sport Bands and iPhone X silicone cases, offering users a more diverse selection ahead of this holiday season.
Those with the brand-new iPhone X can now pick up a silicone case for the handset in two new vivid color options, Spicy Orange and Flash. The cases protect the iPhone X from minor drops, especially the back of the handset, which, like the display, is also made of glass.
On top of that, Apple has released the iPhone X Silicone Case in Cosmos Blue, a color previously exclusive only to the device’s leather cases. All three new colors are available now and are priced at $49 CAD.
Additionally, the company added a few new colors to its Apple Watch Sports Band lineup, throwing Dark Teal, Spicy Orange, and Flash in to the mix, the latter being a bright, almost canary yellow. These colors were all previously available in Apple’s Sport Loop offering.
The new Apple Watch Sport bands, like all Sport Bands, are available for both the 38 and 42mm Apple Watch models.
Apple often mixes up its Sport Band lineup, adding and deleting available color options throughout the year. The last major change came in September when the company released Apple Watch Series 3, the first Apple Watch to boast cellular connectivity. The three new colors are all priced at $69 CAD and are all currently available on the Apple Store.
Apple has dramatically expanded its accessory lineup over the last couple of years, treating its offerings more like a fashion company than a technology company.
