According to a report from Nikkan in Japan (via Kodawarisan), Sharp is reportedly set to start LCD production for the next generation ‘iPhone 5S’ at its Kameyama Plant No. 1 in June (Google Translation):

The report goes on to say the next iPhone will have similar specs to the iPhone 5 and also notes Japan Display and LG has also received orders from Apple for ‘iPhone 5S’ displays.
Last May it was reported Sharp (and Japan Display, LG) was to supply panels for the iPhone 5 but the company’s manufacturing troubles of inconsistent yield rates caused a shortfall of initial supplies for Apple’s latest iPhone. Sharp was only able to start shipping LCD panels two weeks after the iPhone 5 launched in mid-September.
The next iPhone is rumoured to launch in August, although according to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, a summer launch could be delayed due to production issues.
Apple CEO Tim Cook stated at the company’s recent 2013 Q2 earnings call “amazing” new products are slated this fall, hinting new product launches should not be expected at upcoming WWDC 2013, set to take place from June 10-14.
