Over the years, a number of iOS apps from Apple have been purged from the App Store. Although certain apps like Podcasts and iBooks have been promoted to being part of the iOS image and are now shipped on iPhones and iPads by default, a lot of other apps have been discontinued altogether.
The folks over at MacStories have shared a throwback at some of these forgotten iOS apps from Apple, which are no longer available on the App Store.
Apps mentioned included Texas Hold’em, introduced for the iPod from 2006, while another app is the iPhone 4 Case Program, iAd Gallery, Cards and iPhoto. You can read all the details about each app over here at MacStories.
