GelaSkins for Apple Macbook 13.3″ Review

What happened to August? Can you believe it’s almost over? Summer is slowly coming to and end…noooo! With that being said, I wanted to change things up this Saturday and review something that is Apple-related but not quite iPhone-related. Still interested? Read on!

The last review I did for GelaSkins was for their iPhone skins. Well, they included a sample for a Macbook and since it was just one sheet to slap on, I wanted to do a quick review. Too bad I don’t have a Macbook (does anyone want to buy me one?) yet, but my friend Greg did and was happy to be the guinea pig for this video review.

So there you have it folks. GelaSkins can definitely make your Macbook standout if you want to be original. One thing I’d like to see changed in future revisions is a cut out for the Apple logo on the back. That logo lights up so it’s a shame to have it hidden behind the skin. Here is the gallery of the full install. Be sure to check out the macro shots of the corners.

These skins fit like a glove with no air bubbles! At $29.99 they do not come cheap, but I do admit the designs are pretty nice. So it’s really up to you whether or not you want to fork out the cash for some original designs by various artists!
