Apple has introduced innovative concert discovery features on both Apple Maps and Apple Music to enhance the connection between fans and artists.

The Apple Maps team is once again hitting the Canadian streets and roads, collecting new data to better the app experience.

Recently released iOS 16.3 has fixed an Apple Maps bug which according to a researcher, may have allowed some apps to collect user location data.

Residents in Canada and the U.S. can now get parking information for more than 8,000 locations in Apple Maps, with filters including EV charging.

Apple says its Map team will be driving and walking in Canadian cities again next week.

Cycling directions on Apple Maps was already available for regions such as California, New York, Toronto, Vancouver, London, and mainland China.

Drivers using Apple Maps can now receive digital alerts powered by Safety Cloud.

Apple has expanded its Maps enhancements to Canada, starting with Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.

The first EV to support the feature is the Mustang Mach-E from Ford. No word yet on when other CarPlay-enabled EVs like the Porsche Taycan will get it.

Apple has quietly updated its stance on the territorial dispute.

You can now "share important points of interest and details including business locations, geographic boundaries, and routes — simply by loading a URL."
