Apple Watch Titanium and Ceramic Models Leak in watchOS 6 Beta

Apple’s beta software looks to be the gift that keeps on giving for code sleuths, diving deep into code to find out leaks ahead of next month’s expected iPhone event.

iHelpBR previously discovered wallpapers in iOS 13 Beta 7 detailing a possible September 10 keynote date, and now the site has discovered what looks to be a convincing Apple Watch Series 4 or Series 5 leak.

Within watchOS 6 beta, files within for the Apple Watch setup process are showing images for “44mm Titanium Case” and “44mm Ceramic Case”, reports iHelpBR:

When setting up an Apple Watch, an animation appears on the wearable, detailing the size and case material. The image and screenshot shared by iHelpBR appear to strongly suggest these two new case materials are coming. We’ve never seen a titanium Apple Watch before, but ceramic was available for Apple Watch Series 2.

Earlier today, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo released a research note detailing his prediction of Apple Watch Series 5 models debuting this fall, while he previously mentioned a ceramic case design would also be coming for the wearable.

Looks like Kuo may be right again, if the images above from watchOS 6 beta come true. Apple Watch in titanium and ceramic sounds expensive already, so get your wallets ready, folks.
