With the popularity of the device, new white iPhone 4 online orders have a shipping time of 3-5 business days, versus the black iPhone 4 shipping time of within 24 hours. Users may also visit their local Apple Store to purchase the iPhone 4 outright without contract.

Thats just the proximity sensor !! its on the black one too !! u just cant see it !!
That is the ambient light censor an I believe the proximity censor, you just can’t see it on the black model.
